Please read the Terms of Use below carefully before accessing or using the Bekatravel.vn website (“the Website”). Accessing and/or using this Website signifies that you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

By continuing to use the Website, you acknowledge that:

  1. You have read and understood the entire content of these Terms of Use;
  2. You agree to abide by the regulations herein, as well as other related policies, including but not limited to: the Privacy Policy , Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), and other supplementary terms, which are considered an integral part of these Terms.

You must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older to be allowed to use the Website or create an account on the Bekatravel platform.

We may adjust, modify, supplement, or remove any content in these Terms at any time without prior notice. Therefore, it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Use to stay updated on the latest changes.

Your continued use of the Website after the terms are updated will be deemed as acceptance and agreement to be bound by those changes.

Additionally, if you use any other services provided by Bekatravel (besides the Website), the use of those services will also be subject to their own specific terms and conditions, depending on the service.

1. SCOPE OF OUR SERVICES

Through the Bekatravel.vn website (“Website”), we provide an online platform that allows you to search, compare, and book attractions, accommodations, rooms, and other travel services (collectively referred to as “Services”) provided by third parties (“Suppliers”). When you make a booking through the Website, you may receive a booking confirmation via email from our system.

Bekatravel acts as an intermediary platform, facilitating connections between users and service providers. Successful bookings depend on the availability of the service from the provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for any reason at our sole discretion, and will issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

While Bekatravel strives to provide accurate, up-to-date, and reliable information, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all information displayed on the Website or related platforms. This includes, but is not limited to: hotel type information, hotel amenities, hotel room images, pricing information, service descriptions, or other content provided by the Provider. Bekatravel is not responsible for any spelling errors, technical errors, update delays, or inaccuracies arising from external data sources.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, ratings, or reliability of the Suppliers displayed on the Website. The classification and display of Suppliers may be based on an automated algorithmic system that combines factors such as user reviews, popularity, price, and many other criteria, and may change from time to time without notice.

Bekatravel reserves the right to refuse to provide the Service or cancel bookings in certain circumstances, including but not limited to the following situations:

  1. Violation of these Terms of Use;
  2. Fraud, forgery, suspected illegal activity;
  3. Inaccurate or misleading booking information;
  4. The service is no longer available or the Provider has stopped providing the service;
  5. Users whose names are on restricted lists, blacklists, or watchlists of authorities;
  6. Having a history of violations or previous user termination on the Bekatravel system.

For genuine errors (e.g., clearly incorrect pricing, unreasonable by standard business practices), Bekatravel reserves the right to refuse or cancel the transaction, regardless of the source of the error. In such cases, all payments already made will be fully refunded without any additional charges to you.

Bekatravel also reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently revoke user access if you seriously violate the Terms of Use or show signs of fraudulent use, duplicate account usage, or intentionally circumvent our regulations. Users whose access is revoked are not permitted to continue using the Website in any form, including through intermediaries or other identities.

2. CANCEL

When you make a booking, register, or reserve a place through the Bekatravel website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Your booking is governed by the Supplier's own terms and conditions, including but not limited to: cancellation, no-show, schedule change, or special requests that you may have made and that the Supplier may have approved.
  2. Bekatravel is not responsible for any violations by Users related to the terms, commitments, or individual policies of the Providers. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read the terms of use and cancellation policy of each Provider before confirming your booking.

In case you cancel a confirmed booking:

  1. Bekatravel reserves the right to deduct or retain a portion of the paid amount to cover incurred costs, including but not limited to: transaction fees, processing fees, or penalties as stipulated by the Provider.
  2. Any refunds (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with the refund/cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking.
  3. Some services may not be refundable under any circumstances, especially after the free cancellation period has expired or if they fall under the category of non-refundable services.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the Provider, service type, and cancellation time. Bekatravel cannot intervene in or change the terms and conditions established between you and the Provider.

3. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

If you have any special requests regarding your reservation, you can:

  1. Submit a request during the booking completion process on the Bekatravel website; or
  2. Contact the Provider directly, if the service allows and supports it.

The acceptance and processing of these special requests rests entirely with the Supplier, based on actual availability and relevant conditions. Bekatravel does not guarantee that all requests will be successfully fulfilled.

4. TRAVEL TIPS

Displaying specific destinations on the Bekatravel website does not imply that we recommend, guarantee, or confirm that visiting those locations is risk-free. Users are solely responsible for all decisions related to their travel itinerary, including destination selection, routes, and travel times.

Bekatravel is not legally responsible for any incidents, losses, or damages arising during your trip or stay, including but not limited to health risks, security risks, weather conditions, cancellations, or other force majeure situations.

Users are also fully responsible for preparing all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to: passports, entry visas, residence permits, transit permits, or other valid documents as required by the country of departure, arrival, or transit. Failure to carry or using invalid documents may result in denial of entry or inability to undertake the trip.

Bekatravel is not obligated to inform or guide you on the necessary documents for your trip, and is not responsible if you fail to meet immigration or customs requirements, or are denied boarding due to a lack of valid documents.

In all cases, you are responsible for carefully checking the entry requirements and ticket terms and conditions before booking the service, and Bekatravel reserves the right to limit its liability to incidents arising from non-compliance with legal requirements, travel procedures, or the policies of the Service Provider.

5. RANKING

The ratings displayed on the Bekatravel website are for reference only and are provided to assist users in making decisions when searching for and selecting services.

All displayed ratings are compiled from third-party sources, including but not limited to: reviews from service providers, user feedback, or data from independent review websites. Bekatravel does not independently verify these ratings and therefore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information displayed.

Users should carefully consider and combine information from various sources before making a decision. Bekatravel disclaims all legal liability, claims, or losses arising from your use of or reliance on the ratings displayed on the Website.

6. PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Bekatravel may offer discounted prices and/or implement promotional programs for certain specific services. These promotional prices may differ from the regular listed prices and come with specific conditions, limitations, or policies, including but not limited to:

  1. Booking period or service validity period;
  2. Cancellation/Refund/Modification Conditions;
  3. Payment method or applicable parties;
  4. Refund amount (if any) and the ability to change information.

We recommend that users carefully read the terms and conditions applicable to each promotion or special price before confirming a booking. Bekatravel is not responsible for any misunderstandings or losses arising from a lack of understanding of the conditions related to the offered offer.

7. ADDITIONAL FEES & REFUNDS

7.1. Displayed prices and additional costs

All prices listed on the Website are valid only under certain conditions and are subject to change depending on availability, length of stay, booking limits, or other market factors. Some prices include taxes and surcharges, while others may exclude taxes, service fees, or transaction fees (e.g., credit card fees, bank transfer fees...).

User responsibility:

  1. Carefully check the total payment amount and booking conditions in the confirmation email sent by Bekatravel;
  2. Verify your booking information immediately after receiving your electronic booking confirmation;
  3. You can proactively cancel your reservation before final confirmation if you discover any errors or disagree with the terms and conditions.

If any shortfalls arise during the payment process (e.g., uncalculated bank fees), Bekatravel will notify the User via email and request that the User complete the payment. If the User fails to pay the full amount and cancels the booking, Bekatravel reserves the right to deduct any incurred costs before refunding the remaining balance (if any).

7.2. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to:

  1. Supplier Policy,
  2. Bekatravel's regulations

Any refund (if applicable) will be subject to deductions for related expenses, including but not limited to:

  1. Processing and administration fees;
  2. Interbank transfer fees or credit card fees;
  3. Any additional fees are recorded during the verification process.

After verification is complete, Bekatravel will issue the refund through the following methods:

  1. Electronic discount vouchers;
  2. Or follow the original payment method (if feasible).

7.3. Regulations regarding refund methods

In the event that a refund cannot be processed through the original payment method, Bekatravel will transfer the funds to the Designated Bank Account you provided and registered on the system. This account must:

  1. Valid and owned by you;
  2. The information matches the personal information registered on Bekatravel.

Bekatravel reserves the right to refuse a refund or withhold the refund if:

  1. The account is invalid, does not exist, or the information does not match.
  2. There are indications of legal violations (money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, etc.);
  3. We have been unable to contact you despite attempts through official channels such as email or your registered phone number.

In these cases, Bekatravel reserves the right to stop processing the refund request and will not be held responsible if the information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate.

7.4. System errors or errors originating from Bekatravel's side.

In the event of a system technical error, the following may occur:

  1. Payment has been completed but the ticket has not been issued, or
  2. The service was not provided as promised.

Bekatravel reserves the right to cancel your booking and automatically issue a full refund via your original payment method. You will not incur any additional costs resulting from this error.

8. Additional Charges from Hotels

The hotel room rates displayed on the Bekatravel website (“Hotel Room Rates”) are determined based on your selections such as length of stay, number of guests, and other conditions (unless otherwise specified). These rates are typically per room, per night, and may not include all costs associated with your stay.

Users are responsible for verifying booking information, including:

  1. Additional services (e.g., breakfast, extra beds, etc.);
  2. Terms and conditions apply, and prices apply.
  3. Check if any special requests are reflected in the confirmation email or hotel information on the website.

8.1. Fees not included in the price shown.

Unless otherwise noted, the hotel room rate does not include:

  1. Breakfast or other meals;
  2. Service fees, resort fees, or other mandatory charges;
  3. Local taxes, accommodation fees, and rental fees are imposed by government agencies.
  4. Accommodation insurance (if not explicitly stated as included);
  5. Personal consumer services include: minibar, telephone, WiFi, laundry, movie rentals, special dinners, parking, or room service.

During peak season or on special occasions (Tet, Christmas, New Year, etc.), some hotels may require a mandatory meal (e.g., gala dinner), which is not included in the room rate but will be clearly stated on the booking confirmation.

8.2. Shipping and transshipment fees

Some hotels, especially in destinations like islands, may charge extra for transportation or transfers (e.g., from the airport to the resort). This service:

  1. Provided and operated by the hotel or its authorized partner;
  2. Bekatravel is not organized, operated, or responsible for anything.

Bekatravel does not guarantee the quality, safety, frequency, or cost of the shipping service, and is not responsible for any losses arising from your use of that service.

8.3. Local taxes and direct payment obligations

In some jurisdictions, hotels may be required to directly collect local taxes, accommodation taxes, or surcharges mandated by the government. These charges include:

  1. Bekatravel does not accept cash on delivery unless explicitly noted in the system;
  2. Any additional charges may arise at check-out, and you are responsible for paying them directly to the hotel.

If you are unsure which fees are included, please check the “Hotel Information”, “Booking Requirements”, “Cancellation Policy” sections on the Website or contact Bekatravel Customer Service for assistance.

8.4. Tax invoices and payment documents

Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax that accommodation establishments deduct and pay to the tax authorities on behalf of their customers. Since Bekatravel does not directly provide accommodation services, we are not authorized to issue VAT invoices for hotel services.

However, for bookings paid through Bekatravel, we can provide a payment receipt upon request for your reference or to store your personal information.

9. USER ACCOUNT

To use certain features on the Bekatravel website or app, you may need to create an account and provide personal information including: full name, email address, phone number, and other identifying information if requested.

You agree:

  1. Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration;
  2. Be prepared to provide identity verification documents when reasonably requested by Bekatravel.

9.1. Account Usage Rights and Security

  1. Your account is for your sole use. You may not share, transfer, or allow others to use your account unless you have written permission from Bekatravel.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your login information, including your password and the verification code provided by Bekatravel, confidential.
  3. In the event that your account is accessed illegally due to a security breach on your part (e.g., password disclosure), Bekatravel will still process the resulting orders as valid and will not be liable for any related losses or damages.

If you discover or suspect that your account has been compromised (e.g., hacked, lost mobile device, etc.), you must immediately notify Bekatravel so that we can temporarily lock or disable your account to prevent further risks.

You are solely responsible for all activities performed through your account, including those that are used without authorization.

9.2. Bekatravel's permissions regarding user accounts

Bekatravel reserves the right to temporarily suspend, delete, or deactivate a user's account at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Deactivation may be carried out in cases including, but not limited to:

  1. Violation of Terms of Use;
  2. There are signs of fraud, theft, or illegal activity;
  3. Suspicious orders, false or misleading information;
  4. Engaging in threatening, insulting, or uncooperative behavior when asked to provide verification information;
  5. Difficulty verifying identity or connecting to the account;
  6. Users whose names are on restricted lists, blacklists, or are being monitored according to the law or international organizations.

Account blocking or deletion may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of the violation and Bekatravel's internal policies.

10. PAYMENT DETAILS AND PROCEDURES

All payments for booking services on Bekatravel must be made in the exact amount and currency as listed on the website or in the confirmation email, excluding bank guarantee fees or any other fees incurred by Bekatravel.

Bekatravel does not collect any government taxes or fees. If any taxes are applied under applicable law, the User is responsible for paying them.

10.1. Payment terms

For all types of bookings:

  1. Payment must be completed within the deadline specified in the confirmation email from Bekatravel;
  2. If the reservation is not completed on time, Bekatravel reserves the right to cancel the reservation or the entire booking process without further notice.

10.2. Payment Methods

You can pay using various methods, including but not limited to:

  1. Bank Transfer: You must send the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment for your completed bookings. Details regarding the receiving account and confirmation process will be provided in an email from Bekatravel.
  2. Credit/debit cards or other electronic methods: You must comply with the payment procedures stipulated by Bekatravel and/or its payment service partners (e.g., electronic payment gateways, affiliated banks...).

10.3. Confirm your reservation

Once payment is confirmed as complete, Bekatravel will issue an official booking confirmation including the following information:

  1. Booking ID;
  2. Customer name;
  3. Booking reference number;
  4. Booking details (date and time, service, provider, etc.);
  5. Contact phone number and extension (if any).

Receiving the confirmation code means the transaction has been successfully recorded and the booking has been completed according to the applicable terms and conditions.

11. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS & FRAUD

11.1. Credit Card Transactions

When you make a booking through the Bekatravel website and choose to pay by credit card:

  1. Bekatravel will record and process the full payment at the time of booking, along with sending a booking confirmation to your email.
  2. Any refund requests (if any) will be processed according to the cancellation and refund policy corresponding to the service you selected.

In some cases, payment may be made directly to the Supplier and bypass Bekatravel's processing system. Payment terms will be specified in the booking process.

11.2. Credit Card Information Security

Bekatravel uses high-standard encryption technologies such as TLS (Transport Layer Security) or SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect your payment information when it is transmitted to our secure servers.

However, it is your responsibility to carefully check your booking information before confirming payment to ensure accuracy and avoid any unwanted errors.

11.3. Handling Fraud & Related Liability

In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of a payment card, you must:

  1. Immediately notify the card-issuing bank or related financial institution;
  2. Proactively contact Bekatravel's Customer Service department to request assistance.

Bekatravel disclaims all legal liability for fraudulent activities or misuse of credit cards that do not result from Bekatravel's fault or our security system. Bekatravel is not obligated to reimburse any money in such cases of fraud.

However, we may consider providing a refund or alternative solution at our internal discretion in the following cases:

  1. Bookings are made through Bekatravel's secure server;
  2. The unauthorized use of the card was due to a system error on our part, not because of your disclosure or negligence.

11.4. Payment and Verification Conditions

To complete your booking:

  1. You must be 18 years of age or older and have full legal capacity.
  2. Only use credit/debit cards in your name and ensure your account has sufficient credit limit to make the payment;
  3. I hereby declare that the information provided is accurate, valid, and verifiable.

Bekatravel has the right to:

  1. Rejecting certain types of credit cards;
  2. Adding or removing payment methods without prior notice.

In certain situations, Bekatravel and/or the Provider may request additional information to verify the transaction, including identification documents or proof of card ownership. If you refuse to provide the information when requested, the booking will not be confirmed and the transaction will be automatically voided.

In the event that a booking is identified as fraudulent, Bekatravel reserves the right to cancel the transaction without any liability, even after you have received preliminary notice.

12. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

12.1. Limited access

Bekatravel grants you limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable access to use the Website for personal purposes and in accordance with the scope set forth in these Terms. Any rights not specified herein shall belong to Bekatravel or its respective owners, including providers of services and content on the Website.

You are not permitted to transfer, resell, or use the Website for commercial purposes unless you have the written consent of Bekatravel.

12.2. User Obligations and Commitments

By using this Website, you agree that:

  1. No fraudulent, speculative, or deceptive bookings will be made, nor will any actions that disrupt the system be permitted.
  2. The payment, contact, and booking information you provided is true, complete, and verifiable;
  3. Do not use this website for commercial or illegal purposes.

12.3. Prohibited acts

You pledge not to engage in any of the following behaviors:

Copyright and intellectual property infringement:

  1. Copying, distributing, modifying, displaying, transmitting, or creating derivative versions of Bekatravel's content, software, or services;
  2. Linking the website to other platforms (framing/mirroring) is prohibited without written approval from Bekatravel.

Causing disruption or unauthorized access:

  1. Engaging in any action that overloads the system, disrupts services, or negatively impacts website performance;
  2. Unauthorized access to Bekatravel's or related parties' server systems, accounts, or databases;
  3. Using automated data collection tools such as spiders, bots, or scraping without permission.

Submitting content that violates the law or is inappropriate:

  1. Disseminating content that is inflammatory, offensive, pornographic, racist, violent, or infringes on the rights of third parties (including copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, etc.);
  2. Impersonating someone else, distorting information, causing confusion, or defrauding other users.

Fraud or manipulation of search results:

  1. Using SEO-violating techniques (spamdexing) such as cloaking, keyword stuffing, creating unnatural links, comment spamming, etc.;
  2. Engaging in any activity aimed at manipulating search engine results or negatively impacting Bekatravel's reputation.

Other behaviors:

  1. Creating deep links to Bekatravel's internal pages without permission;
  2. Using the Website to send mass emails, advertisements, spam, or other unsolicited forms of communication;
  3. Engaging in any activity that could harm Bekatravel's systems, personnel, reputation, or business operations.

12.4. Compliance with the law and personal commitments

By using the Website and making a booking, you confirm that:

  1. You are not on any list of sanctions or transaction restrictions published by the Vietnamese government or international organizations;
  2. You have not violated any regulations related to anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, or financial fraud.

13. USER CONTENT RIGHTS

13.1. Submitting reviews after booking

Upon completing your booking, you agree that Bekatravel may send you emails inviting you to submit reviews or comments regarding your experience using the service and the Provider. The display or use of these reviews is at Bekatravel's sole discretion.

The review content may include comments, satisfaction level, and the sender's name.

13.2. User commitment to submitted content

By providing a review, you confirm that:

  1. You are the legal owner of the content and have full rights to use and share that review;
  2. The content is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate the law or the rights of any third party;
  3. Review content is not confidential, and Bekatravel is under no obligation to keep it confidential or pay for its use.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree that Bekatravel has the right to:

  1. You may modify, hide, remove, or use the review content at your sole discretion, without notifying or acknowledging the author;
  2. No fees or charges will be charged, even if the content is edited or not displayed.

13.3. Bekatravel's usage rights

By submitting a review, you grant Bekatravel and its related parties unlimited, non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable rights to:

  1. Publishing, editing, copying, displaying, distributing, translating, or reusing the content for any purpose, on any medium;
  2. We waive all rights to claim royalties, authorship, or personal rights related to the content.

You also agree to indemnify and hold Bekatravel and its related parties harmless from any claims, disputes, or damages arising from the content you provide.

14. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

You agree that accessing and using the Bekatravel website must comply with all applicable laws and regulations as well as these Terms of Use.

Specifically, you commit to:

  1. Do not use the Website or any content on it for illegal, unauthorized, or immoral purposes;
  2. Do not use any devices, software, tools, code, algorithms, or technologies to disrupt, interfere with, alter, or affect the normal operation of the Website, including but not limited to cyberattacks, exploiting security vulnerabilities, or sending malicious code;
  3. Do not use the Website or its content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to copying content, creating competing websites, or redistributing information from Bekatravel;
  4. Do not query, extract, or collect information from the Website using automated tools, such as robots, spiders, scripts, or other forms of technology without written approval from Bekatravel;
  5. Do not engage in any behavior that negatively impacts the performance, security, or reliability of the Website, or interferes with the experience of other users.

Bekatravel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if it detects any violation of the above restrictions, and also reserves the right to take legal action and claim compensation if any damages arise.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content and assets on the Bekatravel website, including but not limited to software, text, images, data, graphics, audio, video, source code, HTML code, trademarks, icons, logos, and designs… are the intellectual property of Bekatravel, its affiliated companies, or its licensors.

You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any content on the Website without the written consent of Bekatravel.

15.1. Use of restricted content

Bekatravel allows you to use the Website and related content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that:

  1. Do not engage in any activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Bekatravel or any third party;
  2. Do not remove, edit, or alter any copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary content contained in the downloaded or used material;

15.2. Rights of Bekatravel and third parties

Bekatravel and/or its partners own intellectual property rights including, but not limited to:

16. COMPLAINTS REGARDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed on the Bekatravel website, you or your legal representative (collectively referred to as the “Submittee”) may send a notice requesting action to Bekatravel. The notice must include the following information:

  1. Contact information for the Sender, including:
  • Full name, address;
  • Phone number and email address (fax number if available).
  • Information about the intellectual property rights holder (if different from the Sender), including full name and address.
  • Details of the content allegedly in violation include:
    • The URL or specific location of the infringing content on the Website;
    • Provide a clear description of the intellectual property rights that have been infringed (e.g., copyright, trademark...).
  • Specific requests from the Sender, such as:
    • Remove the infringing content;
    • Disable access to that content.
  • Mandatory legal declarations include:
    • The Sender declares that they believe in good faith that the content in question infringes on intellectual property rights;
    • I declare that the information in this notice is accurate;
    • The claim states that the Sender is the owner or legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property rights.

    Handling complaints

    Bekatravel will review all notifications submitted in accordance with the above requirements and process them appropriately in accordance with Vietnamese law.

    Bekatravel reserves the right to refuse to process complaints that are incomplete, unclear, or show signs of being misleading.

    Commitment and Disclaimer
