Ambassador Halong Bay Cruise
Overview
Sail aboard the Ambassador Halong Bay Cruise, a 96-metre, five-deck vessel launched in 2018 with 46 cabins, every one opening onto a private balcony or terrace. It runs a 2-day, 1-night route departing from Halong International Cruise Port in Bai Chay.
Cabins come in five grades: the entry Ambassador Deluxe, then the Ambassador Premium, Ambassador Suite and Ambassador Captain Suite, up to the top Presidential Suite. Adult fares run from $170 for the Ambassador Deluxe to $325 for the Presidential Suite, with children from $128 — the gap between the two ends buys cabin grade, floor and size on the very same voyage, not a different route. Compare it across our Halong Bay cruise collection.

FAQS
The Ambassador is a 96-metre ship across five decks, with 46 cabins. Choices range from 30m2 Deluxe and Premium cabins to roomier Ambassador and Captain suites, most with a private balcony. Our Halong Bay travel guide explains how cabin tiers and prices differ.
Onboard you will find an open-air jacuzzi pool, a piano lounge and a large twin sundeck, while the itinerary includes kayaking, Thien Cung Cave, the Titop viewpoint, a cooking demonstration and squid fishing. If you prefer a smaller, quieter boat, compare the calmer Lan Ha Bay cruises where Beka runs its own vessels.
The Ambassador carries twin 360-degree sundecks at either end of the ship and a signature glass bridge built for panoramic photos. Dining runs on a Michelin-starred program, and there's an open-air jacuzzi pool on deck. Evenings bring a cooking class in the Piano Lounge and squid fishing off the boat, while early risers can join a morning tai chi session on the sundeck.
With 46 cabins that all open onto a private balcony or terrace, the Ambassador suits travellers who want their own outdoor space over the water rather than an interior room. Its twin sundecks, glass bridge and jacuzzi fit couples and families who plan to spend time on the ship itself, and photographers drawn to the deck views. Five cabin grades from $170 to $325 let groups on different budgets book the same sailing together.
