Detailed Itinerary

Morning: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (pick-up not included in cruise price). Arrive at Ambassador Cruises, 1st Floor, Halong International Cruise Port Terminal, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City.

Noon: Check-in at around 12:15, enjoy welcome drinks while listening to the cruise briefing. At 13:30, lunch will be served while the Ambassador vessel cruises into Halong Bay. You will pass the famous Fighting Cocks Islet, and Thien Cung and Dau Go Caves.

Afternoon: Stop to visit Luon Cave. You can choose to take a kayak (extra fee) or a sampan boat to admire this tranquil area. Later, the cruise takes you to Sung Sot Cave, the largest developed cave in Halong Bay. Guests who skip the excursions can relax at the spa (extra fee) or in the outdoor jacuzzi pool.

Late afternoon: The cruise then anchors at Coconut Tree Island for overnight stay. Enjoy an afternoon tea or relax on the sundeck while waiting for sunset. Join Happy Hour and cooking class at the Piano Lounge.

Evening: Enjoy a seafood dinner in the Ambassador restaurant. After dinner, relax with a drink while listening to live music (except Monday). You can also try squid fishing or book spa treatments. Overnight onboard.

Morning: Early risers can join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck to start the day. Enjoy morning coffee & tea with freshly baked pastries in the restaurant. At 7:15, set off for Titop Island to hike to the top for a panoramic view and swim in the bay. Return to the vessel for a full buffet breakfast.

Late morning: Settle the bill and check out. Return to Halong International Cruise Port and disembark.

From 10 to 20 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
From 4 to 9 days before check-in: 70% of total rates
3 days or less before check-in & no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
If the trip is cut from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Children Policy

Infant (0-4 yo): Stay for free if using existing bedding.
Child (5-11 yo): Will be surcharged to stay in a cabin with an extra bed or sharing the bed with parents.

Due to cruising conditions, itineraries may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant and bar area. The signal is weaker in parts of the bay that are far from shore, so the connection can drop.

The price does not include the single supplement and holiday surcharge.
