Details Itinerary

08:15 – 08:35: Pick-up in the Hanoi Old Quarter (Expressway transfer). There will be 1 stop at the Pearl Shop for toilet break and shopping if you want.

11:15 – 11:45 Arrival & check-in at the pier. Complete registration procedures.

12:00: Transfer to the cruise by speedboat.

12:15 : Board the cruise and enjoy a welcome briefing.

12:30 Enjoy lunch at the onboard restaurant.

14:00: Receive your cabin key and check into your cabin.

15:00 – 17:00: Leisure time – swim in the open sea, panoramic pool, or kayak in Ao Ech Lagoon.

16:30 – 17:30: Capture drone photos of the cruise from the Sundeck.

17:30: Sunset & afternoon tea by the pool.

18:00: Cooking demonstration at the poolside.

18:00 – 19:00: Happy Hour by the pool.

19:00 : Enjoy dinner.

20:30 Evening leisure activities: join a squid fishing session, or relax with the swimming pool, mini-golf course, and spa.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 10 to 20 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
From 4 to 9 days before check-in: 70% of total rates
Less than 3 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

Infant (0-4 yo): Stay for free if using existing bedding.
Child (5-11 yo): Will be surcharged to stay in a cabin with an extra bed or sharing the bed with parents.
Child (>12 yo) and above are considered adults.

Notes for guests

All cruise operators are under the management and operation of the Ha Long Bay Management Authority. They reserve the rights to monitor under weather conditions and make decisions for sailing permission daily. Their decision comes at any time of the day and this will be informed via phone to the cruise operators.. We will be in charge of informing all passengers if there is any urgent weather issue occured.
