Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • 21 days or more before check-in: FREE of charge
  • From 10 to 20 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
  • From 4 to 9 days before check-in: 70% of total rates
  • 3 days or less before check-in & no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather - If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following policies will be applied:

  • Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
  • During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
  • If the trip is cut from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
  • The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

  • Infant (0-4 yo): Stay for free if using existing bedding.
  • Child (5-11 yo): Will be surcharged to stay in a cabin with an extra bed or sharing the bed with parents.
  • Child (>12 yo) and above are considered adults.

Notes for guests

  • Due to cruising conditions, itineraries may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant and bar area. The signal is weaker in parts of the bay that are far from shore, so the connection can drop.
  • The price does not include the single supplement and holiday surcharge.
