12:00 - 12:15 Arrive on Tuan Chau island and begin your cruise check-in process.

12:30 You will be given a short briefing about your cruise itinerary and safety regulations while sipping your welcome drink aboard the Paradise Elegance.

13:00 - 14:30 Time to enjoy your lunch at Le Marin Restaurant while Paradise Elegance passes by beautiful islets of Halong Bay.

14:30 - 15:30 Visit Titov island - the island is named after the Russian cosmonaut Gherman Stepanovich Titov. You can either choose to hike the mountain to get an overview of Halong Bay or swim at the beach on the island.

15:45 - 16:45 Visit Luon Cave - a fascinating natural wonder located in the heart of Halong Bay. You will have the chance to travel under the limestone mountain and admire at the amazing rock formations and crystal-clear waters via bamboo boat or kayak*.

17:15 - 19:00 At sunset, Paradise Elegance will anchor overnight. It is the perfect time to enjoy Happy Hour (buy 1 get 1 free from 17:30 to 18:30) and a cooking class on the notable Vietnamese dish while being serenaded by a live music performance by a Philippines band at L'Odyssée Sundeck or Piano Lounge.

19:00 - 22:00 Savor your Western set Dinner, which is prepared by our talented chef, at Le Marin Restaurant.

20:30 - 23:00 After dinner, indulge in drinks* at Piano Lounge, join the squid fishing at the back of the boat or enjoy fantastic movies in your cabin.

Cancellation Policy

21 days or more before check-in: FREE of charge
From 10 to 20 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
From 4 to 9 days before check-in: 70% of total rates
3 days or less before check-in & no-show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
If the trip is cut from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

Infant (0-4 yo): Stay for free if using existing bedding.
Child (5-11 yo): Will be surcharged to stay in a cabin with an extra bed or sharing the bed with parents.
Child (>12 yo) and above are considered adults.
