11:30 Arrive at Tuan Chau International Port for check-in procedures at the waiting lounge.

12:00 Transfer to the Aqua Luxxury Cruise by speedboat.

13:00 Enjoy a buffet lunch while cruising through the magnificent Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, marveling at the fascinating rock formations.

15:00 Aqua Luxury Cruise arrives at Tra Bau Island in Lan Ha Bay. Enjoy kayaking and swimming in the crystal-clear waters.

17:00 Relax on the cruise. Don’t miss the sundeck area to witness the stunning sunset, join the sunset party and participate in a cooking class featuring authentic Vietnamese dishes.

19:30 Dinner

20:30 Evening entertainment includes card games, chess, karaoke, and squit fishing. Overnight on Aqua Luxury Cruise.

06:00 Start your day with a peaceful Tai Chi session on the session on the sundeck, a perfect way to immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the bay. If you’re an early riser, get up at 05:30 AM to catch the dawn.

06:30 Enjoy breakfast onboard.

09:15 Take a guided tour to the historic Military Hospital Cave.

09:30 Return to the cruise and prepare for check-out

09:45 Relish a delightful brunch at the restaurant while the cruise makes its way back to Tuan Chau Marina

11:15 Disembark from Aqua Luxury Cruise at Tuan Chau Marina, bid farewell, and conclude your memorable journey.

Public Holidays (April 30, September 2, and Lunar New Year: 30th, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd days of the Lunar calendar): A surcharge of 25 USD per guest per night will be applied.
Festive Occasions (Christmas Eve – December 24 and New Year's Eve – December 31): A Gala Dinner surcharge of 50 USD per guest will be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge

From 10 to 20 days before check-in: 50% of total rates

From 4 to 9 days before check-in: 70% of total rates

Less than 3 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.

During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.

The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

Under 5 years old: Free of charge, sharing the same room with parents
From 5 to 10 years old: 75% of adult price when sharing the same room with parents,
From 11 years old and above: 100% of adult price
