07:45 The cruise crew takes guests to visit the floating fish farm and cultural village, where they can relax and enjoy kayaking, swimming and on occasion, spotting monkeys in their natural surroundings.
09:00 Return to your room to freshen up, finish packing, and check out. Please leave your large luggage outside for staff transfer to the speedboat.
09:30 Settle your bill at Reception (Deck 1) and enjoy brunch on board.
10:15 - 10:20 Transfer to the pier by tender
11:00 Arrival at Tuan Chau Port

Cancellation Policy
From 1 to 2 cabins:
- > 10 days prior to check-in date - no charge
- 07 - 09 days prior to check-in date - 50% charge
- 03 - 06 days prior to check-in date - 75% charge
- < 02 days prior to check-in date - 100% charge
- No show/no written notice - 100% charge
From 3 to 6 cabins:
- > 21 days prior to check-in date - no charge
- 14 - 20 days prior to check-in date - 50% charge
- 07 - 13 days prior to check-in date - 75% charge
- < 07 days prior to check-in date - 100% charge
- No show/no written notice - 100% charge
Cancellation charges apply for each cancelled number of reserved cabins.
The above penalties apply when the entire booking is cancelled, and they apply to all services including cruise and land arrangements. Guests or their travel agent must contact the Beka Travel reservations team by phone or email to cancel the reservation.
WEATHER ISSUE
Sailing in Halong Bay depends heavily on natural conditions. All cruise teams here (including ours) are under the managed and operation of the Halong Bay Management Authority. The Authority reserves the right to monitor weather conditions and decides each day whether sailing is permitted. Their decision comes at any time of the day and this will be informed via phone to all cruise teams. Beka Travel informs passengers and travel agents as soon as we receive any urgent weather notice.
REFUND
Before a determination regarding a refund can be made, all cruise and air documents must be returned to Beka Travel. Partial use of cruise, airfare, hotel and land extensions does not qualify a guest for a refund. All refund requests pertaining to cruise, land and air are subject to final review by Beka Travel.
Children Policy
- Infant 0-4 year(s): Stay for free if using existing bedding. If you need a baby cot there may be an extra charge ( USD 25/ babycot/ night )
- Children 5-11 year(s): Be surcharged to stay in cabin without extra matress/ extra bed.
- Child(s) over 12 years old are considered as adults
Notes for guests
- Due to cruising conditions, itineraries may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available in the restaurant and bar area. The signal is weaker in parts of the bay that are far from shore, so the connection can drop.
- The price does not include the single supplement and holiday surcharge.

Yes. Indochine Cruise operates an overnight itinerary through Lan Ha Bay, with the current 2D1N program departing from Tuan Chau International Port and visiting attractions such as Dark and Bright Cave and the floating fish farm and cultural village.
The standard itinerary featured on this page is 2 days and 1 night (2D1N), including one night onboard, meals, kayaking or bamboo boat activities, swimming, Tai Chi and other cruise activities.
Indochine Cruise and Indochine Grand are separate luxury cruises from the same operator. Indochine Grand is a newer vessel launched in 2025, while Indochine Cruise offers the established Indochine-style cruising experience on Lan Ha Bay.
The cruise package includes accommodation for one night, meals, kayaking or bamboo boat activities, Tai Chi, a cooking demonstration, an English-speaking guide, bottled water, Wi-Fi, entrance fees and sightseeing tickets. Hanoi-Ha Long transportation is available as an optional service.
