08:00 – 08:30: Hotel pick-up for trip on new highway to Tuan Chau International Marina, Halong City (if you book our shuttle bus).12:00 Board the Heritage Binh Chuan Cruises boat and enjoy a welcome drink as you receive a cruise briefing, safety instructions and check in to your suite.

13:00 Enjoy lunch time at L’Indochine Restaurant located on the 3rd floor while cruising in Gia Luan Lagoon where limestone karst formations rise out of the sea.

14:45 Go kayaking and swimming at AO ECH area.

15:10 – 16:10 For guests who do not kayak or swim, we invite you to visit a Ha Long Pearl Farm. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to discover the fascinating art of pearl cultivation in the stunning setting of Ha Long Bay.

17:00- 18:00 Relax and enjoy our afternoon Tea and Coffee with some pastries while enjoying the magnificent view of the bay.

17:00 – 19:00 Join our HAPPY HOUR (Discount 20% for Beer, Cocktail, Mocktail, Fruit Juice and some Special Bottle of Wine) aboard while enjoying the amazing scenery while watching the majestic sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin.

16:30 – 18:30 Workshop on making traditional Vietnamese moon cakes.

19:15 Enjoy our Dinner at Le Tonkin Restaurant on the 1st floor.

19:30 Turn down service.

21:00 Squid fishing on 1st floor or watching movie, playing poker on 3rd floor.
Massage services are available. Please book in advance with our staff.

6:15 Start the day with a session of Vovinam on the sundeck.

6:30 Light breakfast on the 3rd floor.

7:30 Head off in a bamboo boat to explore the Dark and Bright Cave area to enjoy the sparkling stalactites on the ceiling and feel the soul of the surrounding nature.

9:00 – 9:15 Return to the boat for checkout

9:30 Enjoy brunch buffet while cruising back to Harbor.

10:30 Return to Tuan Chau Harbor and relax at our lounge while your transportation arrives.

11:00 If you have booked our limousine service, our chauffeur will pick you up to take you to your hotel in Hanoi.

14:00 – 14:30 Our chauffeur will drop you off at your hotel. (if you book our shuttle bus).

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email.

Children Policy

The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
Child under 5 years of age (2nd child): 40%/ adult*
Child from 5 – 11 years of age will pay an extra 75% of adult rate.
Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
