Day 1: Day 1: HANOI – HALONG BAY ON PARADISE ELEGANCE CRUISE ( L/ D)
07:30– 08:00 Our tour guide and bus pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter. Departure to Halong Bay for 3.5 Hours and on the way you can enjoy the landscape of the the Red River Delta country side
09:00 Stopover at Hai Duong province for refreshment about 20 – 30 minutes
11.30 Check-in at Paradise Suites Hotel – Tuan Chau Island
After arriving at Paradise Suites Hotel on Tuan Chau Island, you will be transferred to Paradise Elegance.
12:30 Embark on Paradise Elegance
Once you have been transferred to Paradise Elegance, you will be checked-in and given a short briefing about your cruise while sipping your welcome drink at Le Marin Restaurant.
13:00 Lunch at Le Marin Restaurant
Lunch will be served in Le Marin Restaurant while Paradise Elegance cruises toward Halong Bay. You will pass the famous Fighting Cocks Islet, and Thien Cung and Dau Go Caves.
14:45 Visit to Tung Sau Pearl Farm or kayak*
Your first excursion is a visit to Tung Sau Pearl Farm, an area in Halong Bay dedicated to growing pearls and prac ticing a handmade technique based on Vietnamese tradition and Japanese technology. This is also an ideal destination for kayaking. If this excursion doesn’t take your fancy, stay on board and treat yourself to a delicious after noon tea.
16:15 Visit to Sung Sot Cave
Your second stop of the day is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, where you can take in the panoramic views across Halong Bay after visiting the cave. Alternatively, you can opt for an afternoon of pampering at Le Parfum Spa* or an afternoon tea in Le Piano Bar.
18:00 Cooking Demonstration and Pre-Dinner Sunset Cocktails*
At sunset, Paradise Elegance will anchor overnight at Coconut Tree Island. Watch a cooking demonstration on the L’Odyssée Sundeck while enjoying Pre-Dinner Sunset Cocktails* at the bar.
19:30 Dinner at Le Marin Restaurant
Savour a delicious dinner at Le Marin Restaurant, or choose a special spot anywhere else on board to dine. After dinner, indulge in drinks* and live music at Le Piano Bar, squid fishing, a spa treatment at Le Parfum Spa* or movies in your cabin.

Day 2: Day 2: HALONG BAY – HANOI ( B, L )
06:30 Tai Chi on L’Odyssée Sundeck
Watch the sunrise with a Tai Chi session on L’Odyssée Sundeck, followed by a light breakfast in Le Piano Bar.
07:30 Visit to Titov Island
You will visit popular Titov Island, where you can go swimming or hike to the top for another stunning, panoramic view of the Bay.
08:30 Breakfast Buffet at Le Marin Restaurant
Back on board, an à la carte breakfast will be served as we once again cruise past Thien Cung and Dau Go Caves and Fighting Cocks Islet before your bill settlement, check-out and return to Tuan Chau Island.
10:30 Disembark at the Tuan Chau Marina
After disembarking from Paradise Elegance, a light lunch at the Paradise Suites Hotel is served for guests booked on the Paradise shuttle bus.
12:00 Return to Hanoi.

15:45 - 16:45 Visit Luon Cave - a fascinating natural wonder located in the heart of Halong Bay. You will have the chance to travel undеr thе limеstоnе mоuntаin and admire at the amazing rock formations and crystal-clear waters via bamboo boat or kayak.

07:45 - 08:45 Visit Sung Sot cave - The most beautiful and largest cave in Ha Long Bay. Let your imagination run wide with stalactites and stalagmites of various shapes and sizes. At the end of the way out, you can have an amazing
panoramic view from the viewpoint.
08:50 - 09:50 Breakfast will be served at Le Marin Restaurant while the cruise passes by Thien Cung and Dau Go Cave and the Fighting Cock Islet.
09:40 - 10:15 After breakfast, you may settle your bills and return the room keys at the reception area. Then you may enjoy your remaining moments at Piano Lounge or on the sundeck looking at the astonishing view of Ha Long Bay.
10:15 - 10:30 Paradise Elegance returns to Tuan Chau Marina. You will disembark and finish your journey here.

Booking Cruise Policy
1. Rates
Tour prices are net prices, quoted in United State Dollars or Vietnam Dong. Our prices for cruises/hotel are generally per person, except for promotions and day cruises.
2. Deposits and Cancellation
Deposit payment can be settled by Bank wire transfer, credit card or through Western Union Global Transfer. Deposits are generally 30% total rate is required at booking.
Cancellation will be charged as follows: For Flexible-Rate Cruise Booking
For FIT booking (group of less than 7 cabins)
More than 7 days prior to trip departure: No charge
7 days - 3 days before arrival: 50% charge
Less than 72 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rate
No show: 100% of total rate
For GIT booking (group of from 7 cabins)
More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge
60 days - 31 days before arrival: 50% charge
From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate
Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate
No show: 100% of total rate
3. Final Payment
Final payment is due 30 days in advance of the tour. These payments are due in our oce or submitted online 60 days prior to the departure date for GIT booking and 07 days prior to the departure date for FIT booking. If reservations are made less than 60 days prior to the departure date for GIT booking and less than 07 days prior to the de-parture date for FIT booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If nal payments are not received on time, Paradise Vietnam may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.
Except as otherwise agreed by Merchant, Client’s payment shall be executed by cash, credit card. All credit card transaction is proceeding without bank charge. In cases where credit facilities have not been agreed with the Client/Agent, swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Merchant’s bank account shall execute payment. The Cli-ent/Agent must pay any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Merchant. Payment will be settled through our bank account at least 30 days before arrival
4. Refund of Unused services
No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services, which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
5. Voucher
Voucher will be issued by our company after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax to passenger.
6. Liability and Insurance
Our company accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or delay due to natural disaster, politic actions, weather or causes beyond its control. Travel insurance and medical precautions are essential. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We strongly recommend that you hire a travel insurance policy for any trips.
7. Confirmation
All confirmations are generally conrmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
8. Passengers’ Information
The client is requested to submit all passenger details at least 24 hours prior to check-in of all passengers (Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, Viet-nam visa expiry date, Contact number).
This personal information will only be used for the cruising registration with the local authorities, and will not be shared or used for any commercial purposes.
The company may photograph, lm, record images of the clients, taken during their transportation, check-in and/or cruise. Those images may be used for social media campaigns and published for marketing activities.
