Departure Guarantee

  • Beka Travel guarantees departures as posted on the bekatravel.com website.
  • Information about tours and departure dates in guidebooks and other printed materials may change from time to time and do not constitute part of the departure guarantee.
  • The company's website is the sole source from which the company will guarantee departures. A departure is guaranteed only when a customer has confirmed registration for that departure time (registration must include at least a deposit paid to be considered "confirmed"). This guarantee is still subject to Force Majeure circumstances.

Travel Documents

  • Valid Passports: Customers must have a valid passport for entry, departure, and travel through each destination on the tour itinerary (passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date).
  • Documentation: Please note that "To facilitate the issuance of travel documents, all relevant tour-related documents such as payment vouchers, tour itineraries, invoices will be sent via email or will be available on the bekatravel.com website," once the company has received full payment.
  • Detailed Travel Information: Customers are responsible for accessing the website at least 72 hours prior to departure to ensure they have the most detailed information about the trip because there may have been minor changes since the tour profiles were initially provided by the company.

Tour Prices

All tour prices are in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Payments in other currencies will be converted to Vietnamese Dong (VND) at the prevailing exchange rate. Prices include items listed in the "Includes" section. We offer discounts of 25% - 50% for children and free admission for infants carried on the lap. The information and prices on this website are not always updated and may not be 'live'. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information and prices, but unfortunately, errors can occur. In the event of an inaccurate price due to a system error, we are not bound by that price.


Full payment for all tours or services must be made in advance unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by Visa card, domestic ATM cards. Beka Travel will not collect your credit card details. The information you provide will be absolutely secure in the technical system according to global technology security standards (SSL) when you make payment by credit card.

Service Cancellation And Refund Procedure

The cancellation of all services by tour participants must be sent and received in writing: email or fax. BekaTravel does not accept service cancellation requests by phone. Beka Travel is not responsible for any cancellation requests that have not been received and confirmed back to you. In this case, service cancellation or tour abandonment fees will apply.

Complaints And Claims

If a customer has a complaint with Beka Travel, they must first inform the tour leader as soon as possible to address the issue. If not satisfied, customers may contact Beka Travel's representative (sales) during the tour for Beka Travel to have the opportunity to address the issue. If still not satisfied through those channels during the trip, customers must send any complaint directly to info@bekatravel.com within 30 days from the end of the tour. The company will not accept any responsibility for complaints received after this deadline.


Tours/package tours/products traded with promotional codes cannot be canceled and are non-refundable. Furthermore, all discounts and rewards posted on this website apply only to the bekatravel.com website and may change through other websites linked to bekatravel.com.
